The service required several return trips due to parts that were not available. Asst Svc Mgr. Derek did a very good job handling my wife and I with our flustered experience. We are owners of a Mercedes, Corvette and Toyota Van and each dealer (in PA) provides a better welcome and attendance experience than we endured.
