I was there for a new tire and new low beam headlight. I knew the tire had to be ordered and would be available the next day. I was not happy that I had to wait 45 minutes to find out I was going to need a knew the tire had to be ordered and would be available the next day. Everything went well. I must say that when a customer arrives for an appointment and they are told to go to the lounge until you service advisor is ready for you and if he doesn't come in 15 minutes I sh arrives for an appointment and they are told to go to the lounge until you service advisor is ready for you and if he doesn't come in 15 minutes I should return to the drop off area it doesn't seem to value me as a customer.
