Susan even came in on her day off to deliver me the vehicle and make sure everything was as expected. I have been a customer for years and have always been well taken care by my supervisor. Always Good Service I have been to many service departments throughout my lifetime with all types of cars. Every time I bring it to BMW Sarasota they greet me by name, l I have been to many service departments throughout my lifetime with all types of cars. Every time I bring it to BMW Sarasota they greet me by name, listen to what I have to say is wrong with my car. Mine was simple, just a routine maintenance and oil change and check the tires. Derek Thomas, the service person, kept me informed of all the updates and any issues on the car. The mechanic checking out my car even sent me a video of my car with the good and needs attention items. The car needed new tires. Derek called me and gave me my options on selection and price. The car was ready later in the day and it rides so smooth now!! Always great advice and service at BMW Sarasota and the great service person, Derek Thomas!!! Thanks BMW! P.S.
