Service Dept made all the difference in the world of me buying a car for the first time here at their SARASOTA BMW Location. Chris the sales Manager is super cool. Jonathan, my salesman was honest, down to earth, and really worked very hard for me for 5hrs from start to finish. The 5 hr lengthy time frame was no fault of the dealership as they were busy but moving people along in and out of financing department fast and efficiently from what I saw. The lengthy time was due to having Lots of small talk with all staff members while I made my mind up on which trim level to buy. I love my new certified preowned 2018. I love the warranty and available products I purchased from JESUS C, the financial manager as a piece of mind for my investment. They Treat You Like A King Here. See you all soon for service. Frustrating. Too many generals, not enough soldiers. Scheduled 9 am appointment for tire repair. Process took 2.5 hours.I was informed car wash would take an 45 minutes(?) so i opted out. Greeted by someone who took my key. Had to report to desk. Assigned to a service advisor who met with me at 9:40 ( car still wasn't looked at yet). Seems like the process could be much simpler.
