No other BMW dealership I’ve dealt with handles this issue the same miserly manner. Cookies in the waiting lounge does not make up for this lack in an upscale dealership. More

Annual service took only an hour The service was quick and the technician sent me a video clip of his inspection of the underside of my vehicle. Good coffee in the waiting room too! Thorough and respectful I've recently arrived in Sarasota from Toronto with a newly purchased 230idemo. I'd some questions about braking and while the standard response was to schedule a diagnostic the service folks amiably looked a tthe car's systems, tested the brakes and delivered the car back to me with no charge for the hour.
