Wasted time I arrived for a routine oil change and maintenance. I provided my keys to the valet and waited in the lounge. After 2.5 hours of not hearing any statu I arrived for a routine oil change and maintenance. I provided my keys to the valet and waited in the lounge. After 2.5 hours of not hearing any status updates I asked to speak to someone and was told a manager would need to speak with me. An additional 30 minutes passed with no communication. I again asked for a status update. This time a service manager told me that a ticket had not been generated for my car and they weren’t sure why or where it was but no work had been done on it. At this point, 4 hours later, I was given a loaner and finally received my car 4 days later. The only saving grace was the fact that I received a loaner car. More

As soon as I walk into his office he starts showing off his awards for best sales man, manager of the year etc. I certainly was not impressed. He never followed through on one thing he told me he was going to do. More
