Frustrating. Too many generals, not enough soldiers. Scheduled 9 am appointment for tire repair. Process took 2.5 hours.I was informed car wash would take an 45 minutes(?) so i opted out. Greeted by someone who took my key. Had to report to desk. Assigned to a service advisor who met with me at 9:40 ( car still wasn't looked at yet). Seems like the process could be much simpler.
