Thorough and respectful I've recently arrived in Sarasota from Toronto with a newly purchased 230idemo. I'd some questions about braking and while the standard response was to schedule a diagnostic the service folks amiably looked a tthe car's systems, tested the brakes and delivered the car back to me with no charge for the hour. Excellent Service Carlos was my Service Representative. He kept me updated by text with everything that was happening with my car. I went in for an oil change and a r Carlos was my Service Representative. He kept me updated by text with everything that was happening with my car. I went in for an oil change and a recall fix. Ultimately, I had a broken light that I wasn’t aware of and needed two front tires. I was offered a free rental car to be arranged through Hertz. The Hertz experience was horrible!!! The salesperson kept trying to sell me extra insurance even after I told him I wasn’t interested because I had my own insurance. His words were, “you will be responsible for any damages even if it’s not your fault”. The Hertz agent pointed me to a Dodge Caravan. I told him I wanted something smaller. He said that was the only car available. I barely made it home as the car had a flat tire. Hertz sent someone from AAA to change the tire. Unfortunately, the tire couldn’t be changed because there were no tools for changing the tire in the car. The car had to be towed and Hertz said they would not bring me another car. Thankfully, Carlos Munoz got involved and hertz ended up bringing another car to my home. More
