He is helpful, honest, responsive and most knowledgeable. We have had several occasions to speak with Susan, the lady who walks around and tries to help frustrated customers. But we don’t understand her purpose other than to keep customers occupied until the rest of the staff gets their act together. As a rule we have been disappointed with Sarasota BMW. But you must be aware we compare you with Wilde Lexus. While your staff try to be helpful, things always seem disorganized and as a result the experience is more frustrating and time consuming than it needs to be. More

Consistently above and beyond my expectations I recently brought my car in for a routine visit to the Sarasota BMW Service department. After completing the requested repair it was noted that my ba I recently brought my car in for a routine visit to the Sarasota BMW Service department. After completing the requested repair it was noted that my batteries may not be optimally Functioning. Even though I expressed no day today concerns with the issue the service department urged me to bring the car in so they could more in-depth look into the issue. They provided a loaner car and Looked into the concern until they were satisfied that my car was operating at its best in full capacity. Above and beyond what more could you ask? More
