Nobody knows what’s going on! John left a voicemail for me stating that there was a rearview camera technology recall. I called back to make an appointment and someone from adminis John left a voicemail for me stating that there was a rearview camera technology recall. I called back to make an appointment and someone from administration made the appointment for Tiffany at 2 o’clock that day. I arrived at 2:00 and I’m not sure her name but the blonde that greets you when you pull your car in is always super friendly. She told me to head to the waiting room that Tiffany would be with me soon. Tiffany was handling several clients at one time and took a while to get to me. When she finally got to me she was super friendly and nice but was not able to get into my account to find out the reason for my appointment. She had to track down the person who made the appointment for me earlier that day to have them get out of my account so she could access my account. What???? That’s crazy!!! Then after she’s in my account she begins to tell me that it will be a 2 to 5 hour wait and that she’s not sure how long it will take for this appointment. She said she was happy to set up a Hertz rental for me. I told her no thank you, I would not be using a Hertz rental car. I asked her for a loaner and she told me that she only has three loaners and we would have to schedule this a week out. I have no idea whatsoever why you guys use hertz rental cars. If you would like further information on that I would love to tell you my thoughts. Long story short. Nobody knew what was going on I sat around for an hour while you guys try to figure things out and then I ended up leaving without getting anything resolved with my car. That was a big waste of my time. More
