First Service at Sarasota BMW This was my very first service at Sarasota BMW as I purchased my car there a few weeks before. I was told that the “Courtesy” service is always availa This was my very first service at Sarasota BMW as I purchased my car there a few weeks before. I was told that the “Courtesy” service is always available. I was not disappointed. I had questions for their Genie who answered them all and gave me his name and contact number if I have future questions. Tiffany( Service Rep. ) was very polite and thorough . She even walked me to my car that was washed and vacuumed after the service. I was also very impressed with a video I received from the technician who worked on my car. As he inspected it he explained and confirmed that everything was in good condition. He went over my concern with my trunk. All in all it was a great experience and I will use Sarasota BMW for my future auto needs. More

Front license plate My only issue is I purchased a 2020 X3 and I’m originally from NH and will return to live in a couple of years with my children.
