Good service poor phone availability I took my car in for an AC issue it was quickly diagnosed and although I had to wait a while the problem was properly fixed and I was on my way in a f I took my car in for an AC issue it was quickly diagnosed and although I had to wait a while the problem was properly fixed and I was on my way in a few hours. However trying to call in the morning to make an appointment is a futile activity. The phone rings and rings early in the morning (between 7:30 and 9 AM and no one picks up. If someone does they say I'll connect you and you are just connected to another phone that rings and rings .While I was waiting for my car to be serviced I mentioned this to 2 administrative people who said "oh that's terrible" but did nothing nor did they call a manager to indicate what I had said. More
