Great care of my car I've got my 2010 328i that has very little mileage on it and occasionally requires some care. I took it in with the problem if the starter sounding v I've got my 2010 328i that has very little mileage on it and occasionally requires some care. I took it in with the problem if the starter sounding very slow. They found that my battery was essentially dead, even though I got it about a year and a half ago. They didn't charge me a dime, saying it was still under warranty, even though they checked out the whole system and washed the car! Great service and really nice people. More

New Car Purchase I went to BMW of Sarasota late on Saturday, August 3rd already knowing I wanted the BMW X3. Because of the time, I wasn't planning on purchasing that I went to BMW of Sarasota late on Saturday, August 3rd already knowing I wanted the BMW X3. Because of the time, I wasn't planning on purchasing that night but came prepared just in case...Abby was our client advisor. She spent time going over the different options and colors that were available. She is very knowledgeable and did a side by side comparison of the two cars that we were looking at which was very helpful. We never felt rushed even though it was getting super late. Because it was after 9pm by the time we left after purchasing the car that night, I had to come back the next weekend to have my windshield treated with crystal fusion. At that time Abby introduced me to the Product Genius, Juan Cruz. Juan spent time with me going over all of the features of my new car. He was extremely helpful and spent a considerable amount of time making sure I felt comfortable with everything. Thank you Abby and Juan. I highly recommend these two! More
