Fernando was terrible! Met with Fernando the service manager when I got there. He asked a few questions about what was wrong and I sold him I had a nail in my tire. We agreed that it needed to be replaced and I then waited in the lounge. After an hour I asked the receptionist to get me an update as I didn’t hear anything yet. To my surprise Fernando presented me with an estimate when I thought my car was being worked on/done. I questioned him on why I waited one hour for just an estimate without him giving me any expectation in terms of wait time and he made me feel like I should know there is a minimum 3 hour wait time for walk ins. I was pissed as I could’ve dropped off my car and went to work but he has very poor communication skills and did not have any respect for my time (in addition to seeing him mock me to another employee in the closed office). I will never bring my car back to the dealership again as I can get better service elsewhere. More
