Very unhappy with the service dept, not our service advisor. He can only relay to us what the service dept tells him. We have had to take our car back 3 times in the last 7 weeks. 3 round trips, 3 loan advisor. He can only relay to us what the service dept tells him. We have had to take our car back 3 times in the last 7 weeks. 3 round trips, 3 loaner cars. Screen blackout was occurring more times after new head unit installed. We were told they could not duplicate the screen blackout on 2 road tests totaling 80 miles. BMW needed to see some proof of problem from us. Hard to take a picture or video of the problem when driving. More

This is the only place I bring my M5 for service as well as my wife’s Mini Cooper S. This time a set of tires and another oil change service. As usual they gave me a loaner for the day while the work was do as my wife’s Mini Cooper S. This time a set of tires and another oil change service. Adviser was not in despite talking to him the day prior- so nobody knew anything about my appointment. My wife finally had to go ask someone as nobody came to get her or tell her anything, despite the car b so nobody knew anything about my appointment. My wife finally had to go ask someone as nobody came to get her or tell her anything, despite the car being done and parked outside already. Terrible communication and oil change took over 2 hours, and cost more that has in past. They also kept calling my wife instead of me even though my phone number was put in and me telling them multiple times to correct it. Disappointed. More
