3rd BMW lease from Sarasota since 2013 I always get great customer service from BMW of Sarasota. Since moving back to FL in 2013, I’ve leased 3 vehicles (X3, 328i and X1). First Free Service Customer Service stated the preventive maintenance would take 1:45 hours (oil and break fluid). Actually took 3 hours. When car was ready, the service Customer Service stated the preventive maintenance would take 1:45 hours (oil and break fluid). Actually took 3 hours. When car was ready, the service reminder was not reset. Had to find someone to reset, so message would not appear every time I start the car. More

Pretty Awesome Experience, For The 2nd Straight Time! Hi BMW! I am seriously excited about renewing my relationship with the BMW family. I’m finally into the vehicle I really wanted & needed since I’m 6’4 Hi BMW! I am seriously excited about renewing my relationship with the BMW family. I’m finally into the vehicle I really wanted & needed since I’m 6’4” 1/2 and my son is equally as tall. The team I work with in Sarasota FL is pretty awesome and definitely take great care of me. I’m in a 2018 X5 sDrive35i and couldn’t be happier. I’ll cherish this vehicle as I did my 2016 528i. High kudos marks go to NayColle Wright & Jonathan Parker!!! Now, I work at the port where dust, chemicals, fumes, dirt flies all over and I’m looking for some advice. I saw on the internet that new BMW owners get a BMW car cover to protect their prize. I forgot about asking my sales team but thought I’d ask corporate. That would be a admirable gift for owners of such fine machines. I know its in BMW’s and customers best interest to protect the car from the elements. What do you think? Thanks again for anything you can do for my new family member. :) Robert Howard More
