And of course he did, and was able to get my X5 scheduled for a new battery within my already overscheduled week. Knowing I was running on a tight schedule, he arranged for another service advisor to get my paperwork started while he was with another customer. I didn't want to take a chance driving 1500 miles without knowing what was wrong with the car so I called BMW of Sarasota and told them my problem. They told me to bring the car in right away. I was there an hour later and they took the car right in. They diagnosed the problem and did the repair and I was on my way by 3 pm the same day. Outstanding service and thanks to BMW Sarasota for performing this warranty service in such short order. This is a high quality operation. More
