My first Chat was with Lisa Valle who provided exceptional service with extensive knowledge of BMW models and highlights of this quality brand. She spent a lot of time with me doing so. Lisa and the sales staff were able to work within my budget and trade in to get me the car of my dreams! Not being from Florida I was apprehensive to chose a dealership, but because of Lisa's follow up and quick response, I felt very comfortable and put my full trust in her. I was looking at other brands but none of the sales people at other dealerships took an interest in me or followed up in a timely manner. Their Product Genius, Chad was awesome in going over every electronic function after purchase and welcomed me back anytime I had a question. I highly recommend BMW of Sarasota. More
