Service aside I am of the opinion that when you purchase a car like BMW when it is all about the driving experience you are forced to take a Uber to w Service aside I am of the opinion that when you purchase a car like BMW when it is all about the driving experience you are forced to take a Uber to wherever you need to go once you drop off your rather expensive vehicle and then be subject to being able to reach out to your service advisor in order to schedule a pickup back at a time that is once again convenient for one's schedule! As a proud owner of 2 other vehicles (Audi and Mercedes) I have to say that BMW is the worst of all three brands when it comes to serving their customers. Inadmissible and frankly incomprehensible! Question the truthfulness & confidence of the BMW dealership Brought car in for recall. Question several other issues identified by the dealer. One of the issues had been replaced 3 years earlier. Another issue Brought car in for recall. Question several other issues identified by the dealer. One of the issues had been replaced 3 years earlier. Another issue identified was refuted in 2 separate 2nd opinions obtained by qualified parties. Therefore, I question the accuracy of the dealer’s service department & don’t have confidence with the dealership. I will not have any future service performed by them except recalls. Or will I consider purchasing a car from this dealership. More
