They just kindly pushed my date out.I have always had “Caz” as my manager and he is very fair and thorough. . Who ever had a fimanager , “ seal the deal “ officer who was humorous? I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I have never had a car breakdown, and the preventive services are great. If you are in the market for a BMW or are new to BMW, stop by BMW of Sarasota! You won’t be sorry! This is an unpaid honest opinion.I am a widow who is new to buying a car myself. I was assigned Judy Owens, who is relatively new with the dealership, as my service advisor. She is friendly, detailed and efficient!! Knowing the issue might require time to diagnose, Judy promptly got me into a loaner car and had me on my way. By late afternoon, the issue had been identified and corrected. Judy is another fine addition to an excellent dealership. I also am pleased that, at the advice of Finance Manager Jesus Castillo in 2017, I had purchased the Platinum Warranty, under which this repair was covered. More

Exceptional service advisor Fernando is the #1 Service Advisor of all times. He's always there to assist me with any problems my vehicle might be having. I dropped off my X1 on a Saturday. Since I thought my car was going to be ready the next day, I left my work badge in the car. There was a part they still needed so I could pick up my car on Sunday. It was going to take several days for the part to arrive. I called first thing Monday morning to ask if there was anyway I could have my work badge delivered to me. I work for the school board and I go to several schools every day. For security reasons I must have the badge. Loraine, went out of her way to help me get the badge. She found out that one of the service engineers, Carlos lives near me. She assured me I would get my badge that evening. Sure enough, after work Carlos delivered the badge to me. Once again Fernando was a god-send. Fernando is a true gift from heaven. He helped me with the problem that I had with my check engine light being on. I brought the car into the shop without an appointment and within 30 minutes; I was out the door with a loaner and a promise that he would call as soon as possible. He call later that evening and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost and how long it would take. He had everything done ahead of time and I came to the shop and picked the car up on Saturday and the price was as quoted. More
