Wow! You have SO improved your service! Everyone that greeted me was kind and courteous and not condescending. I’m more mechanical than my appearance. Actually, he was “Over-The-Top”. Ms Blau (her maiden name) and I had a really nice time together.. The waiting area has improved greatly, along with the snacks. I especially love the fact that since I had a blow out on my way to the dealership, that my tire size was available! Then the clincher is; there was a rental car for me so I didn’t have to spend the whole day there. Wow! More

Great care of my car I've got my 2010 328i that has very little mileage on it and occasionally requires some care. I took it in with the problem if the starter sounding v I've got my 2010 328i that has very little mileage on it and occasionally requires some care. I took it in with the problem if the starter sounding very slow. They found that my battery was essentially dead, even though I got it about a year and a half ago. They didn't charge me a dime, saying it was still under warranty, even though they checked out the whole system and washed the car! Great service and really nice people. More
