Outstanding preparation, communication, and execution! We called to inform service that our X3 was being flatbeded in for repair after expiring in the middle of nowhere! No waiting, fast service. Saturday got a Low Coolant alert on video screen. I was able to get home and then to BMW Service Dept. Monday morning without overheating. Also got a Saturday got a Low Coolant alert on video screen. I was able to get home and then to BMW Service Dept. Monday morning without overheating. Also got an alert to change engine oil. Arrived early and my X3 was taken to service area right away. Coolant issue, oil change and scheduled maintenance was done in 2 hours. More
