A Warm Florida Welcome for a New Yorker I recently visited the BMW of Sarasota dealership to complete a basic oil change. Noticing our service was already overdue and we made the long journe I recently visited the BMW of Sarasota dealership to complete a basic oil change. Noticing our service was already overdue and we made the long journey down from NYC, I figured it would be a good idea to visit BMW of Sarasota to keep my family riding safely. When I first arrived at the dealership on 25 OCT 2018, I was warmly welcomed by Johnny O. and immediately checked in. My service advisor, Jessica Caycedo, was absolutely awesome and super professional throughout my stay. She expedited the process for me and even took an interest in our beloved English bulldog and road trip companion, Lola. In no time at all I was on my way. Jessica gave me a full rundown of the vehicle and points of inspection. Lastly my vehicle was washed and I was shocked to see that the service dept. even vacuumed the inside (it was a mess with the dog plus multiple trips to the beach so I really was not expecting that LOL). Many thanks to the team at BMW of Sarasota for all of your help. Wish you were my local go-to in NYC but we’ll be sure to stop in again the next time we are in town! More
