Poor service I had to wait over 1 hour to receive a rental car. When I was told what time my car would be ready, I called to check in on the status they told me b I had to wait over 1 hour to receive a rental car. When I was told what time my car would be ready, I called to check in on the status they told me between 4-5pm. So, I headed to dealership at 4pm and get a call as I am turning into dealership that my car would not be ready until Monday, this was a Friday and it was supposed to be ready same day. I drove 45 minutes for nothing. Then when I picked up my car Monday, the car was filthy, I was told I would receive a complimentary wash, DIDN'T HAPPEN. Will not be back to this dealership! More

Would have liked a little bit better deal, but in the long run I always feel more confident getting new tires from the dealership. He noted the service that was needed for my vehicle. I volunteer on Wednesday, so Derek promptly called an Uber for me to take me to the hospital for my volunteer day. Derek did text me and gave me his cell number and advised me when my vehicle was done. Derek also called Uber for my pick up and brought me to the dealership Great service and Derek was fantastic.
