Very dissatisfied we are looking at buying a different vehicle and this service department is making it extremely hard to want to buy another vehicle here at this place. I might use the sales department, vehicle and this service department is making it extremely hard to want to buy another vehicle here at this place. I might use the sales department, but I refuse to use the service department any longer. We brought our car in here multiple times, and they still sent it away in extreme heat with no air-conditioning. They shouldn’t have charged us to sweep and clean the rental car they gave us and I guess have no intentions of making it right. I wouldn’t treat a repeat customer this way I would go over & beyond . THEN THEY CHARGED MORS ON CARD THAN INVOICE More
