They misdiagnosed my problem. Charge me over $2000. I was back in there two weeks later because the fan was running constant and told I needed a water pump and recommended a therm Charge me over $2000. I was back in there two weeks later because the fan was running constant and told I needed a water pump and recommended a thermostat. Those thing should’ve been found when it came in on day one for overheating. On that follow up visit they wanted an additional $3100 went in my opinion the first 2000 should’ve only been replacement of a leaking hose and at that time taking care of the water pump and the possible thermostat. Not replacing the entire cooling system, but leaving out the two main parts. I would not recommend Bmw on Clark Road to anyone. Completely miss manage service center no one seems to have any idea what’s going on? In my opinion, they should not be servicing anyone’s vehicle. More
