Impossible to reach over the phone. Was broken down on the road and could not get through after seven tries on a weekday at 1 PM. All I ever hear is we’re so busy we don’t have enough help we can’t keep up. I spoke to the dealership manager five years ago who advised all of that would be taken care of when they updated their facility. It’s still horrible. I brought my car in for a warranty repair and Left with a quote for $1800 for additional services required. Rather stunning since they just did a service on the car a year ago. Received a call the next day that I had an appointment for that $1800 repair which I never made. I told him I did not make an appointment. Someone called me or texted me two hours later from the sales department to ask me if I wanted an assessment on my car most likely to sell it to them since I know they need cars. I told them again I did not have any appointment for any repair. So doing an estimate would not be necessary. Poor communication internally obviously impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or return phone calls. This has been my experience at this BMW dealership for almost 10 years. Nothing changes. I have written several reviews and sent letters to the managers including the service manager to try to help them to improve and nothing has improved. It’s very discouraging. More
