Unexpected need for service. While visiting a friend prior to a long trip I found my car showed a brake and chassis stabilization warning. We drove to the service center and were While visiting a friend prior to a long trip I found my car showed a brake and chassis stabilization warning. We drove to the service center and were immediately taken care of. Johnny the valet was friendly and helpful. Jorge the advisor was great. We got a rental from across the street. Andrew was also great. Got a text to say car needed a sensor and could be done by AM. Repair was authorized and got text in morning that car was ready. Picked it up and went on our way. Great service in a stressfully situation. Thanks everyone. More
Service issue My first contact was not friendly.The receptionist sounded like she was chewing gum and could not careless.I was sent to part department to tell what My first contact was not friendly.The receptionist sounded like she was chewing gum and could not careless.I was sent to part department to tell what tire I had when I explained they were the original from the purchase,would not even try to check,after sent to service with no one answered and spined around a couple of times (I was on side of the road with a flat). Once my car was towed (It took about 3 hours, the rest was fine, my service representative addressed the issue and communicated with me with text messages and the rest was fine More

Check-In process has to change I’m always treated well & the work is great. However, it always takes at least an hour to check in. I don’t have time for that.
