Good experience just took a little longer than expected Just went in for my 10000 mile service. Was a little disappointed to learn that tire rotation was not part of this. No comparison I took my 650i in for warranty work and was provided a loaner car. They gabe me a new X7 50i. OMFG! BMW of this is a new sales gimmick, it worked. The X7 is by far the best SUV I have driven bar none. At 55, I never thought I could fall in love with a vehicle, even my picky wife wants one after driving thos car for 3 days. More
