First Service New X5 Brought my new X5 for its first service and was told it does not come with the 3 year 36K miles service agreement. I ended up paying for the service. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have taken my car there for repairs several times- given junk rental cars to drive- after complaining given mgrs car. When I researched the repair costs online the were more than doubled the part costs- and upon occasion when I picked my car up they repaired something else not the issue I took it there for. When you go talk to MGR and he isn’t there- he TEXTS you that he is sorry you aren’t happy and can be reached at a certain number!!! Wow! Some caring about the customers. Another customer complaint was they waited 3 hours on their oil change... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They way over charge you, and could care less about making you happy. More

With the car temperature fast approaching the red line, I limped into the service bay and was promptly helped, even though I had no appointment. I was offered a car, told they would evaluate and call me back. They identified the problem, ordered parts and within two business days I picked up the car at the dealership. Great service, treated well and happy! My service advisor Derek was terrific, positive and very helpful. Thanks Sarasota BMW!!!!!! More
