After satisfying all code requirements, Carlos educated me in great detail of the listed items required to restore my vehicle to mechanical perfection. Carlos is a true customer service pro My contact Carlos couldn’t have been better. Due to my conflicts my appointment for my i3 had to be re-scheduled 3 times. No problem, Carlos got me ho My contact Carlos couldn’t have been better. Due to my conflicts my appointment for my i3 had to be re-scheduled 3 times. No problem, Carlos got me hooked up with a time that finally worked. Got a rental for us promptly and we were on our way. With Carlos, most importantly, the communication was excellent, a rare accomplishment nowadays. All in all a fine experience and all the issues were under warranty which I also liked, out the door paying zero except for $10 for gas for the rental. More

I had to go to service right after picking up my kids from daycare. The kids were hungry so ate a couple snacks that were available in the siting area. This employee who had an office close by was looking at my kids in a hostile/ complaining manner when they were eating the snacks... that really bothered me. More
