Having to wait 1. 5 hrs to be checked in. Only to be told after another hour they could not fix wipers. Our daughter was traveling back to school the next day and need 5 hrs to be checked in. I came in to get a rear wiper replaced. I was there 2 1/2 hours. When I finally asked when the car would be ready, it was finished but no one came to tell me. They also replaced all wiper I was there 2 1/2 hours. When I finally asked when the car would be ready, it was finished but no one came to tell me. The service is good but rather slow. The time lapse from scheduled drop off to the video explaining the inspection is long. The overly aggressive salesman trying to provide a low offer o The time lapse from scheduled drop off to the video explaining the inspection is long.
