I think you need to work with the woman that answers the phone and sets appointment she kept me on the line while speaking to someone and typing into the computer for 5!minutes. She was very nice but annoying to wait while listening. A great experience but remember that she is your first line of contact. More

Recall I was pleased with the overall service for my car’s recall, however, I had the service department diagnosis why my check engine light was on. I paid I was pleased with the overall service for my car’s recall, however, I had the service department diagnosis why my check engine light was on. I paid $95 for them to tell me my gas cap was not tight enough. I was fine paying the $95, I was happy it wasn’t something more serious. I am so tired of companies adding an extra charge like “Shop Supplies”. For $11, I know this is a very small amount of money, but when I asked what “Shop Supplies” are no one could tell me exactly what it was. The sweet little cashier said maybe it was the floor covers they put in my car so my mats don’t get dirty when they work on my car. Really? I don’t think so. Some one standing there said maybe it was capping off the fluids in my car. Really? I didn’t ask them to do that. I paid $95 to find out my gas cap wasn’t on tight enough and then $11 for “Shop Supples”, I think “Shop Supplies” should be included in the $95 diagnosis. More
