Flat tired replacement I had a flat tire on my way home from work. I called bmw roadside assistance and my car was placed on a flat bed truck. Almost great service I have been taking my BMW to your dealership ever since I bought my car. The personnel at your dealership have always been professional and make you feel right at home. However, I do have a complaint, not with your service department but with your telephone system. When I am dealing with a business like BMW or any other luxury car dealership I expect to talk with a “real” person when I call; this is not the case with your dealership. This last time when I called for service for my car I waited several minutes for someone to answer the phone, only to get pass on to a general tape message to leave my name and number; this has happened to me three times during my last service. I also know other coustomers have had the same experience. Sometimes I do get a person but more than not I get a tape voice mailbox. Talking to a machine is not good customer service; BMW is a luxury car and their customers should receive luxury service. More
