Great Service!!! I needed to take in my BMW X-3 for routine service. Maria made my experience an excellent one and was able to get me a loaner to boot. First experience at BMW of Sarasota Firstly I was told that “my” service advisor would be with me in 5 minutes It was 35 minutes (so my 8:30 an scheduled appointment was now 9:30 I ha Firstly I was told that “my” service advisor would be with me in 5 minutes It was 35 minutes (so my 8:30 an scheduled appointment was now 9:30 I had requested a loaner car when I made my appointment I was told that my service would not allow that When I spoke to the advisor I was told the car would be about 1 1/2 hours and was told I could get a rental car I drove back in 1 1/2 hour and was told the car was not looked at I went home and waited No updates from BMW of Sarasota by 3 pm I called to check the status I approved the work and agreed with the advisor to pick up the next morning Never heard back the next morning I called about 11:30 and was told my advisor called out sick I have owned 3 BMWs since 1996 (all in NJ) and I suppose I was spoiled by the competence of my previous dealerships extra attention to detail More

Loaner car was available and it was nice that Seth started the paperwork. I was handed keys after a very short wait. Car was ready when promised and again Seth explained services performed and the invoice, took payment on the spot and I was on my way in a perfectly serviced & cleaned car. Thank you! Poor customer service We have dealt with automotive dealers service over the years, Mercedes Lexus and Bmw, this arrive in Sarasota at the Bmw dealership is the worst! You We have dealt with automotive dealers service over the years, Mercedes Lexus and Bmw, this arrive in Sarasota at the Bmw dealership is the worst! You meet 3 different people before you get to the service manager, then you wait for your personal service person. Lexus and Mercedes in other parts of the country that show exactly who drives into the service center and they greet you by name! That tech service can not be that expensive and the customer feels special!!! I had to leave my bmw for service and they called an Uber to drive me home- 1 1/2 hrs away? Then they wanted me to return the next day, Florida has old people and it’s difficult for them to get around!!! I think next time I’ll go to ft Meyers! More
