Very satisfactory All went very well with the initial service work i.e. new battery, FRM Controller, replace 2 recall items, etc. I picked up my car and left the dealer All went very well with the initial service work i.e. new battery, FRM Controller, replace 2 recall items, etc. I picked up my car and left the dealership. As I was driving away, I noticed some of my instrument panel options i.e. phone, etc. did not work and the triangle w/exclamation mark was lite. I returned to the service center where the Assist. Service manager said they would have to hook up the electronics to their machine to find out what was wrong. After and hour and a half in the service area, they found the problem. The issue was when the new FRM electronic controller was installed earlier that day, some of the connections were not correct. It caused some of my instrument panel not to work. Everything seems to be working fine now. Derek Thomas was extremely helpful and courteous during the process. I really appreciated his sincerity and apology. I still feel this dealership is first class and will recommend them to anyone. More

Questionable service If you did not purchase your BMW from this place, don't take it in to get serviced. What they fail to understand is, people who are not their current If you did not purchase your BMW from this place, don't take it in to get serviced. What they fail to understand is, people who are not their current customers are potential customers. They are already in the BMW "ecosystem", so to speak. Poor experiences with service, competence and overall level of engagement of employees. Oh, and getting my keys back smeared with fat from a Thanksgiving meal, an added, but unwanted bonus. Not a very good experience on multiple occasions. More

The staff, employees and their families were enjoying a Thanksgiving buffet, and I had to inquire as to my vehicle being ready after two and da half hours. I was told it would be approximately two hours, but my service advisor was AWOL as she and her family were enjoying the buffet. I also asked to see a Genius to answer a few questions. After finding my vehicle, which could have been sitting there for awhile I waited approximately 10 minutes for a genius to appear. No one showed. So, there in a nutshell is why the low rating. I was not happy about events as they unfolded yesterday. More
