This is the worst BMW dealership I have been to. The car was given back to me and I had a “Tires not detected” message five minutes after leaving the dealership when no service was performed on my t The car was given back to me and I had a “Tires not detected” message five minutes after leaving the dealership when no service was performed on my tires. I was given a rental car that needed service and had to come back to the dealership before my car was ready. You charged double than the St Pete dealership for a plastic wheel cover. Your service greeters spoke in to me with unprofessional Gen Z speak that should not be used with customers in a BMW dealership. I have been harassed by your text messages about filling out this survey. I am never coming back to this dealership, please take my information out of your system. Thank you. More
