Great people to deal with, but should not have to wait over an hour to drop off car and get in a loaner car. Need a much better process!! Porsche, mercedes, volvo, and genesis are never an issue. I easily made an appt on line. Once I arrived they took over and arranged everything. The car took longer than expected, so a loaner was quickly arranged.
