Pleased with Joshua Cash service advisor. Very professional however , dealership did not have a BMW loaner car for me while my break failure was getting fixed. They put me in a rental car. I’ve been a BMW owner since 2005 and they knew I was going to be there days in advance so I was not happy about that. otherwise, his service and attention is always top-notch. they fixed the brake issue quickly and I got my car back within 30 hours. I could not pick it up during service hours so they left the keys for me . I also left something in the rental car and they promptly mailed it to me. More
