The service was completed way more thoroughly than I expected. I didn’t think replacing the center console opener clip would take an hour and a half. But service did do a video undercarriage inspection expected. I didn’t think replacing the center console opener clip would take an hour and a half. But service did do a video undercarriage inspection and a wash and vacuum. Unfortunately I was in a rush that day so it was frustrating. I wish I had been informed it would take that long. I had a friend with me so it was an inconvenience. Also the chairs in your reception area have no support, are quite worn and very uncomfortable. My back was very sore into the next day. More
