Service was great. Andrew was very helpful. However, we had a recall on our BMW X5 that would take three(3) days to complete. With that time frame, we had to rent a car Andrew was very helpful. However, we had a recall on our BMW X5 that would take three(3) days to complete. With that time frame, we had to rent a car from Hertz (they work with BMW to provide rentals). First of all, they gave us a sedan (not a similar car than our X5). Since that is our only larger car, that did not work. So they gave us a small SUV (Buick Encore). Still not large enough. The worst part was that we had to pay for gas on the rental car even though this was a recall from BMW. All recalls should not have a cost from the manufacturer (since this was a three day recall). BMW Sarasota should rethink their approach on this topic. More

Very long wait to check in, see service advisor, get loaner arranged and 15 more minutes just to have loaner brought around to pick up. Total time wasted about 75 minutes.
