This location was awesome! I have an e46 that is a drift/daily and was turned away by multiple places before I resorted to calling bmw. After hearing nothing but negative thing I have an e46 that is a drift/daily and was turned away by multiple places before I resorted to calling bmw. After hearing nothing but negative things about how difficult it was to align my car from shop after shop and even being harassed at one shop, bmw took me in without question same day. They had a tech work on my car who was super familiar with the platform and got my car as perfect as possible given the things I have done to it. I was kept up to speed by text which was amazingly convenient, and relaxed conversations were a breeze with J R skeete and his staff. While waiting we were greeted by some sales staff who instead of pushing sales down our throat when we weren’t interested like most dealerships, decided to ask us questions about our cars we brought and offered us amenities while we waited. Will definitely be coming here for my alignments from now on and can’t wait to continue business with them. More

BMW of Sarasota’s service department is very well organized, clean, efficient, and has amazing employees. What drives me to the facility is my fabulous service advisor, Carlos Munoz. He is well educated, knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to explain things in detail every time I take my car in for service. I am very fortunate to have him on my team. He has taken care of me numerous times and always sees that I am taken care of with my repair and given a loaner car. I do not live in Sarasota, but I drive 40 miles round-trip to go to the dealership and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Carlos treats me like family! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. More

What can I say about Carlos that’s haven’t already been said. He’s the GOAT! He doesn’t upsale you things you don’t need for your vehicle.
