My BMW service, Lucy Aguilar, ranks among the best people I have ever worked with in any service industry in terms of loving her job and caring about her customers. During my recent service appointment for my 10-year-old 320i, I had requested the installation of new windshield wipers and also mentioned that it seemed the wiper fluid had run out. New wipers were installed and the fluid tank was topped off, but shortly after leaving the dealership I tried the wipers and no fluid came out. Lucy had me come back and a quick re-inspection diagnosed a defective fluid pump. Lucy was quite apologetic and had me in a rental car so quickly that I was on time for a lunch appointment just minutes later. The pump was replaced in exactly the time frame promised by Lucy. All my service on this vehicle has been performed at this dealership since I bought it there brand new in late 2013. Very rarely has anything slipped through the cracks, so this minor inconvenience did not bother me, especially when they have someone like Lucy interfacing with the customer to make things right. She is a true credit to this fine dealership. More
