I was purchasing our leased X7 and needed to coordinate a number of things. I wanted the last service done, new front tires and then to purchase the vehicle, BMW had to do the safety inspection. The only thing that could be improved upon is the check in. I checked in on the electronic board, then had to wait to see someone to tag my car, then again had to wait to see Maria.
