Over the past 8 to 10 years I’ve been a loyal customer and each time I had my car serviced. I had a car wash and a vacuum of the floor mats. On my recent visit of October 25, 2023 this was not accomplishe and each time I had my car serviced. I had a car wash and a vacuum of the floor mats. I can tell you as an executive for 20 plus years it is imperative to recognize your front line people. Please on my behalf thank him very much. Service was superb and people at all levels except senior leadership were kind, courteous , and helpful. My only criticism if a client asks to speak to leadership it should be a priority. I tried 3 times to speak to Mr Torres and never did he call back.after his vacation His secretary and Customer service dept assured me the message was passed on. In his absence when he was on vacation I left message for Vp on his voice mail , no response. I personally would have made that a priority as an executive so this did concern me.that they never followed through and I expect better from senior leadership. Don’t pass customer requests to subordinates if they specifically ask to talk to you., I will close with recognition to your staff and middle management. More
