Didn’t properly test the work they did, even through they stated the job was completed; because of this, I had to make a follow-up appointment. Additionally, a day later I noticed they unplugged my dash cam stated the job was completed; because of this, I had to make a follow-up appointment. Additionally, a day later I noticed they unplugged my dash cam and didn’t plug it back in after completing my oil change. In my opinion this is an egregious oversight, considering if I had got in an accident I would not have had a recorded record of the incident. On a positive note, service advisor Angelina was helpful and very pleasant. Only reason this was not a 1 star review. More
