I came into Sarasota BMW late on a Saturday afternoon with a flat tire on my BMW X5. I made contact with Blake Neely, one of the service advisors. Blake took me in and processed my work order immediatel with a flat tire on my BMW X5. I made contact with Blake Neely, one of the service advisors. Blake took me in and processed my work order immediately and got my X5 on the rack even as they were preparing to close. The service tech got the tire replaced in no time. The service I received was 100 times faster than I would have received from Bert Smith BMW, where I purchased the vehicle.
