Derek did the bare minimum and never communicated with me after txting me an estimate. My car was dropped off at 7:20am and never heard from an advisor the rest of the day after they sent me an estimate arou after txting me an estimate. My car was dropped off at 7:20am and never heard from an advisor the rest of the day after they sent me an estimate around 11:30. I cancelled the potential service because it was 3.30pm and i needed my car back. When i showed up to pick my car up he was no where to be seen. I believe i saw him but he never once acknowledged me or tried to keep my business. Never supporting this dealership again. More
