We booked for ab oil change using our service plan. We are visiting Sarasota for a few months so this is not our home dealership. Most of the experience was good, but 3.5 hours for an oil change was unexpected. Evidently they also cleared some warranty issues but this was not communicated to us. It was our first visit to this dealership and it was just expected we knew how the process worked. More communication would have been appreciated. The waiting area was nice and the snacks and beverages were plentiful. The car wash was a bonus but not well done. Suds left on the windshield and back windshield was left dirty. From the time we received the first text that our car was ready for pick up, it was another 30ish minutes. The video was innovative. We have not had that at our home dealership. More
