Bmw of Sarasota does a great job with keeping you informed with whatever going on with your vehicle. Atmosphere is very nice inside when you’re waiting on your car to get done. This was a service visit. I knew my X1 needed front brakes. Usually it something I could do. My service advisor Maria indicated Bmw had a program for older models that substan I knew my X1 needed front brakes. Usually it something I could do. Maria checked with my extended warranty and to my surprise it was covered. Maria has been great. More
