This was a service visit. I knew my X1 needed front brakes. Usually it something I could do. My service advisor Maria indicated Bmw had a program for older models that substantially lowered the cost. Job well done. Sarasota BMW also preforms a safety check video and found a cracked guibo. Maria checked with my extended warranty and to my surprise it was covered. Maria has been great. More
