They seem to be overwhelmed with the volume of work but are trying their best. Although the tech inspection video was helpful in this case the tech missed an obvious leaking bushing in the front suspension are trying their best. Although the tech inspection video was helpful in this case the tech missed an obvious leaking bushing in the front suspension which requied a second trip to service. A bit disappointed the car would have this type of leak with only 80K miles and of course- way out of warranty. However, considering my recent service experience on a different car at another dealership just down the road from BMW, my experience at BMW was fantastic. More

you do not back resistall yet you sold it which is not a good look in the eyes of the consumer. When I purchased my car brand new your financial department sold me on getting resistall to protect my car whi good look in the eyes of the consumer. When I purchased my car brand new your financial department sold me on getting resistall to protect my car which I paid extra to BMW. Now it’s 4 years later and your leather guy is saying I need a new leather back for the driver side and resistall is not going to cover that and neither is BMW. If you promote and partner with a company to sell their protect and your own leather guy is saying I have a legit claim then as a company you should step in and make it right if Resistall refuses. More
